تشخيص الحساسية للضوء

نصح بمراجعة الطبيب للتشخيص المبكر، عند مواجهة حساسية غير مبررة من أشعة الشمس وظهور الأعراض.

يعتمد الطبيب في تشخيص الحساسية للضوء من خلال تاريخ مشكلة الجلد التي تنشأ عند التعرض لأشعة الشمس، ويتم تحديد المسبب من خلال فحص الجلد واختبارات محددة منها:

1. الاختبارات الضوئية

من خلال تسليط ضوء اصطناعي من مصادر مختلفة وبجرعات مختلفة على مناطق صغيرة من الجلد لمعرفة ما إذا كان الطفح الجلدي يمكن أن يتزايد، أو إذا حدث حروق الشمس بسهولة أكبر من المتوقع.

2.اختبارات الالتقاط الضوئي
من خلال وضع رقعة لاصقة تحتوي على مواد معروفة حساسة للضوء، على الجزء العلوي من الظهر.

3. الفحوصات المخبرية

قد يلجأ الطبيب إلى إجراء بعض الفحوصات للتأكد. ومنها:

صورة شاملة عن الدم (CBC).

بعض فحوصات المناعة، مثل فحص الأجسام المضادة للنسيج الضام.

فحوصات وظائف الكبد والحديد.

الفحوصات التي تكشف عن البورفيرينات.
