اختبار AMD

اختبار AMD (Age-related Macular Degeneration) أو اختبار التنكس البقعي المرتبط بالعمر:

هو فحص يُستخدم للكشف عن مشاكل في البقعة (Macula) وهي الجزء المسؤول عن الرؤية المركزية في العين. الاختبار يساعد في اكتشاف الحالة مبكرًا لمنع فقدان البصر.

1. التاريخ الطبي وفحص النظر:

يسألك طبيب العيون عن الأعراض (مثل تشوش الرؤية أو رؤية الخطوط بشكل متموج).
يتم فحص حدة البصر باستخدام لوحة الحروف.

2. فحص قاع العين (Fundus Examination):

يستخدم الطبيب قطرات لتوسيع حدقة العين.
يتم فحص الشبكية باستخدام جهاز خاص لرؤية البقعة بدقة.

3. اختبار شبكة آمسلر (Amsler Grid Test):

تنظر إلى شبكة من المربعات تحتوي على نقطة مركزية.
يُطلب منك تحديد إذا كنت ترى الخطوط مستقيمة أو مشوشة أو متموجة.
لو في تشوه بالرؤية المركزية، ممكن تكون علامة على AMD.

4. التصوير المقطعي للعين (OCT – Optical Coherence Tomography):

تصوير غير مؤلم يُظهر طبقات الشبكية بتفصيل شديد.
يساعد في معرفة إذا كان هناك تسرب سوائل أو انتفاخ في البقعة.

5. تصوير الأوعية الدموية (اختياري في بعض الحالات):

يتم حقن صبغة في الوريد (مثل الفلوريسين).
يتم تصوير الشبكية أثناء مرور الصبغة لملاحظة وجود تسرب أو مشاكل في الأوعية.

نصائح قبل الاختبار:

خذ معك نظاراتك ووصفة النظر.
أبلغ الطبيب إذا كنت حاملًا أو لديك حساسية من القطرات أو الصبغات.
تأكد من أن أحد يرافقك، لأن توسعة الحدقة قد تؤثر على رؤيتك لبضع ساعات.
