v ASA vision correction

According to the method of ASA (removal of advanced cells from the surface), the treatment is performed on the outer part of the cornea without any wounds or any other surgical procedure.  This method is characterized by a healing period that lasts several days and discomfort during these days.  However, this method is considered safe and simple

 

v Z-LASIK vision correction process

 

Removing the glasses with this technology minimizes the risks and leads to a speedy recovery

In the Z-LASIK method, extremely precise flashes of laser beams create a surface of small bubbles that separate the top layer of the cornea and allow the creation of a treatment window.  The Z-LASIK method is actually a development of the regular LASIK process that is still used, in which a knife is used, so there are risks and inaccuracies, compared to the more successful Z-LASIK method, where the patient can see well immediately after  The treatment is without pain and with few side effects

 

· Advantages of Z-LASIK vision correction or laser eyeglass removal:

 

The effect of Z-LASIK on the eyes is very small.  This process takes a few minutes for each eye.  The time the laser beam hits the eye is kept to a minimum

 

The Z-LASIK method also allows eyeglass removal surgery for people who have been found to be unsuitable for LASIK in the past, including those who suffer from severe myopia or those with a thin, moderately thin cornea.

 

It is a comfortable and painless method: the patient’s head is not fixed during the treatment period

 

The recovery period is drastically short, compared to other methods.  Usually, a patient can see well within a few hours after surgery

 

Less side effects: The Z-LASIK method allows the surgeon to expand the treatment area.  Therefore, the risk of unwanted side effects, such as dry eyes and disturbances in night vision, is reduced

 

However, the Z-LASIK method is not suitable for everyone, its cost is greater than the cost of the ASA procedure, and the treated person may feel dehydrated for a short period after treatment.

 

5. Vision correction by FERRARA corneal ring implantation

 

This is the recommended solution for people with abnormal corneas, and for those with keratoconus or severe astigmatism.

 

Thin, invisible rings are inserted into the cornea, where the degree of concavity changes and gives it flexibility that improves vision immediately.  Another advantage of this method is that it is a reversible method, by removing or replacing the rings.

 

v The process of correcting vision by implanting a lens inside the eye

In cases where myopia is severe (more than 10, usually), severe farsightedness (more than 5+), or very thin corneas, a sub-corneal lens may be implanted in the front of the eye (anterior chamber) or in the back.  From the eye (back room).  This treatment is suitable for people who use high-grade glasses, because it allows to preserve the integrity and strength of the cornea, and it is reversible, and the lens can be removed or replaced if necessary.
